Founded in 1855 following the marriage of Edouard Langlois and Leanne Chateau the Estate currently oversees 95 hectares of some of the best vineyards that The Loire has to offer. Bollinger's investment in 1973 helped take the vineyards and cellars on to another level ensuring the wines produced are consistently of the highest quality.
Tasting Notes
No wonder The Loire is considered the Home of Sauvignon Blanc when it can offer such delicious wines as this. Delicately refreshing the grapes used to make this white wine all hail from the left hand side of the Loire Valley and from carefully selected plots across the Cher. Great chilled as an aperitif but just as good with seafood and Goats Cheese.
