Bombay Sapphire

First launching in 1986, Bombay Sapphire set out on a mission to revitalise the traditional processes of gin making that were slowly getting washed away with history. How did they do that, you ask? Well, they infuse 12 precious and fine botanicals during distillation that ensures the rich, aromatic flavours of each botanical comes through every bottle of gin.
Not that we want to give anything away if you’re planning a trip to the Bombay Sapphire distillery in Laverstoke Mill, but the brand pride themselves on their distinctly different vapour infusion process. They even have names for their copper pot stills, some dating back to the 1830s. If you were wondering, they’re called Tom, Mary, Henry and Victoria.
Whether you want to try a traditional Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin or want to dip your toe into their more experimental flavours such as Bombay Bramble Gin, you’ll taste the traditional techniques of gin making in each glass.
