Delivery & Returns

Standard UK Mainland Orders

Standard Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £4.95 for orders Under 4kg and £5.95 for orders Over 4kg. This weight is calculated at checkout.


Standard Non UK Mainland Orders

We currently offer four Non UK Mainland Delivery options with the following rates:
Scottish Highland & Islands - £15.99
Isle of Man - £15.99
Northern Ireland - £19.99

Scottish Highlands Post codes are:
FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40 (excluding PA38), PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands Post Codes are:
HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Due to new Brexit related Customs requirements we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands. We are working to resolve this ASAP.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified once we do.


Express, Next Day & Nominated Day UK Mainland Orders

Express Deliveries if placed before 2pm will be made within 48 hours and will be charged at a rate of £7.99. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day & arrive the working day after. If the order is placed after to 2pm on friday or over the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday (next working day) for delivery on Tuesday.

Next Day Deliveries if placed before 2pm will be processed the same day & arrive the next working day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day & arrive the working day after. If the order is placed after to 2pm on friday or over the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday (next working day) for delivery on Tuesday.

Next day delivery is charged at a rate of £9.99 unless a coupon code for free next day delivery is used.

Saturday & Sunday Deliveries are nominated day deliveries. Deliveries on these days will be charged at a rate of £10.99. Orders placed between Monday & Friday can be delivered on the Saturday or Sunday of the same week, however all orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday to guarantee this. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday that require nominated Saturday and Sunday deliveries will be delivered on the selected date the following weekend.


Heavy/Oversized Delivery

Due to increased delivery costs, we will now be charging for Heavy & Overweight Orders. Any Order that exceeds 30kg will be charged at £19.99


Pre-Order Product Orders

The Bottle Club is know for its new release and exclusive products, as such we offer a two Pre-Order Delivery services, so that our customers can be the first to access the latest products. The two options are:

Single Delivery - This service means that if your order contains a pre-order product your order will be delivered once the pre-order item(s) becomes available. This option is charged at the same rates as our Standard & Next Day Deliveries services. We do not offer weekend delivery on Pre-Order Items.

Split Delivery - This service mean that if your order contains a pre-order product, any products that are already available will be sent as a Standard or Next Day order based on the service chosen. Then the remaining Pre-Order products(s) will be sent once they are available on the same service chosen for the other products.


Returns

Despite our best efforts to ensure you are happy with your order, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days returns policy for any items that are returned, un-opened & undamaged. All returns will be checked before any refund is issued - Please contact our customer care team to assist you via: Support@thebottleclub.com

All credits are made to the payment method used to make original payment. Such as Credit or Debit Card, Paypal or Clearpay. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.


Damages

While we try our best to get your order to you in one piece, we understand that breakages happen especially in transit. Please contact our Customer Care Team via: support@thebottleclub.com to inform us of the damages.

Please retain the item in the state received and send photos of the damage to help us investigate. Once the damage has been investigated our customer care team will advise you on the next steps and organise a replacement to be sent if applicable.
