Provence Cooler Cocktail Recipe

Provence-Cooler-Cocktail-Recipe The Bottle Club

Despite the name, this cocktail was actually invented in New York, like many of our favourite cocktails. The Provence Cooler drink comes from New York bartender Auriela Nossa, who combines vodka with fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, basil, blackberries and rosé. We always suggesting using fresh juices where you can, especially for Summer inspired delicate flavours such as the Provence Cooler cocktail.

Beyond just combining ingredients, the trick is to muddle a blackberry with the vodka, lemon and sugar, infusing the fruit’s sweet and tart flavor into the liquid ingredients. Add the basil directly into the shaker, and finally, feature a very healthy pour of rosé, which is always a fine idea when crafting summer drinks.
