Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2008, 75 cl
Regular price £79.90
2008 produced excellent wines not only in Champagne but in Bordeaux and across many Spanish wine regions. Moet’s release was probably more floral than most of their others, but this only brought added complexity with background juicy peach and nectarine notes. Showing exceptionally well now! Moet & Chandon remains to be the largest House within the region- considerably larger than any of its competitors. Whatever you may think of its Non Vintage, the Vintages are consistently of a very high quality and offer what we believe to be superb value. Vintage Champagne means quite simply all the grapes must come from the year stated on the label - rather than Non vintage which is a blend of a number of different grapes from differing years.
Floral notes with a backdrop of juicy citrus flavour. A blend of 40% Chardonnay; 37% Pinot Noir and 23% Meunier

French 75 Recipe
We've all been there. You receive a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift and it's fair to say you're less than impressed. If that's you, you might be looking for a quick and easy cocktail to transform your fizz into a sweet and zesty delight. The bonus is, it's a super simple recipe with just 4 ingredients, so it's the perfect quick win to impress guests. Gin AND fizz?! In one cocktail?! Hell yes to that. The classic French 75 brings two of our favourite bevs together in one drink, and you can swap champagne for any sparkling wine. The French 75 is a classic, a drink that dates back to World War I. How's this for a fun fact? The cocktail is named after a 75 millimeter wartime field gun - but hey, we know you're not here for a history lesson. Keep reading for how to make the iconic cocktail.
