Louis Jadot Pouilly Fuisse, 75 cl

Louis Jadot has built itself an enviable reputation of producing consistently high quality wines down the years. This is in no small part due to their strategy of buying up some of the better plots of land in Burgundy. If like me you have relatives (Father in Law in my case) who insist on drinking French wine then Louis Jadot will rarely let you down.

One of the most famous white wines in the world and one for which Louis Jadot is justifiably famous; a lovely rich wine that shows the true delights of Chardonnay, soft and elegant with a rich mouth feel. Delicate use of oak instead of some of the block buster experiences seen from Australia in years gone by (admittedly that is changing but you hopefully see what I mean).
