Our founders Xavier and Conrad and our small team distil spirits shaped by our stunning surroundings, and the unique character of our island. The Negroni was first served in Florence, Italy in 1919 meaning that it will be soon be 100 years old this year so what better way to celebrate than making one?! Legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni requested that his compandre gave his favourite cocktail, the Americano a kick up the you-know-what by substituting the soda water for gin.
