Description
Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. You have most probably seen it sprayed as drivers celebrate on Formula 1 podiums but do not let that fool you. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower - his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon's first release.
Tasting Notes
Wrapped in Carbon Fibre this is a truly original Champagne. Not only does it stand out but it shows a truly detailed taste as well. Nutty hints bring a rich texture to its citrus roots.
