Made in Birmingham in our independent distillery. We opened in 2020 and our signature blends are influenced by the city and the surrounding area. Our zesty and spicy gin is made by expertly blending 8 botanicals. They include juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange and grapefruit peel. Fabulous as a straight up G & T with a generous citrus wedge or a the heart of your favourite cocktail.

Legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni requested that his compandre gave his favourite cocktail, the Americano a kick up the you-know-what by substituting the soda water for gin.
