Ingredients:

35ml - Vanilla Vodka

15ml - Passion Fruit Liqueur

50ml - Funkin Pro Passion Fruit Purée

15ml - Funkin Pro Vanilla Syrup

1 Shot - Prosecco

Method:

Fill a shaker with cubed ice.

Pour all of the ingredients into the shaker, and shake until the shaker feels ice cold.

Double strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with half a passion fruit.

Ingredients:

50ml - Rum

12.5ml - Funkin Pro Sugar Cane Syrup

37.5ml - Funkin Pure Pour Lime

5 - Mint Leaves

125ml - Soda

Method:

Add mint sprigs to a long glass and bash lightly with a muddler.

Half-fill the glass with crushed ice and add the remaining ingredients, except the soda.

Churn the mixture with a bar spoon, top up with soda.
