Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £4.99 & FREE when you spend £100 or more or a coupon code for free standard delivery is used.

Next Day - £7.99 If placed before 12pm , orders will be processed the same day and will arrive within 1 working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next day and arrive within 1 working days thereafter. Only ever free with explicit use of a free priority delivery voucher code.

Due to COVID-19 we are currently unable to offer weekend delivery.

Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no quibble returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days - please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.

While we try our absolute best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit.

We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival OR arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP - again please contact our customer care team for more information.

All alcohol products sold by The Bottle Club are sold subject to UK alcohol tax.
If we are exporting products to an address in the European Union (EU), then prices are subject to UK VAT.
Your order may be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, The Bottle Club has no control over these charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods either being:

- Destroyed by customs; or

-Goods being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee (costs will be deducted from any refund owed).

If your order is being held by your local customs office, you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel your order while we iron out any kinks in our delivery quotes - as we are rolling out a country at a time we require some time to test - If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to get in touch.
