Since 1881, Bruichladdich have been conceiving, distilling, maturing and bottling Scotch whisky. Based in the most picturesque Hebridean isle of Islay, this wonderful Scotch whisky oozes through everything they produce, including the use of only Scottish Barley (to make it Scotch whisky, of course)! Using much of the original Victorian machinery used when their distillery opened, the methods of their whisky making process have been unchanged since the start. This means you get natural Scotch whisky that’s non-chill filtered and colouring free.
The brand describes their Scottish whiskies as unpeated, floral and complex. We couldn’t agree more and would only add that they’re bloomin’ delicious. No matter whether you buy Bruichladdich Classic Laddie Single Malt Whisky or a more premium Bruichladdich Octomore 9.3 Whisky, you’ll be getting a taste of uber-provenance filled with malty, syrupy and smoky flavours.
