Californication Cocktail Recipe

From a distance, this cocktail might look like an innocent orange cocktail, but in fact this strong but sweet cocktail contains 4 different spirits. Meaning, you're in for a great time! Rum, Vodka, Tequila and Gin are all here in the Californication cocktail ingredients list, with a hint of orange juice to sweeten the deal. If you're a fan of a Long Island Iced Tea, you might enjoy this even more, as we swap the cola for orange juice. If you can use freshly squeezed juice, you're bound to enjoy a lighter and more delicate flavour. Garnish and serve with a wedge of orange, and enjoy.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1. 5oz Gin
• 1.5 oz White Rum
• 1.5 oz Tequila
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 6 oz Orange Juice
• Orange (optional)
• Cherry (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker filled with ice, add Vodka, GIn, White Rum, Tequila, lemon juice and orange juice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds and strain in a glass with a couple pieces of ice.
3. Garnish with an orange slice or/and cherry and serve immediately.
