Bicicletta Cocktail Recipe
Bring the taste of an Italian afternoon into your own kitchen this summer with this delicious cocktail. If you're a fan of Italian Aperitivos (light, low-alcohol drinks that stimulate the appetite) such as the iconic Aperol Spritz or Negroni, we've found your new obsession: The Bicicletta.
What makes this cocktail even more loveable is its simplicity, combining dry white wine, Campari and sparkling water. For the best results, use your favourite white wine that you'd drink outside of a cocktail. We recommend Oyster Bay's crisp Sauvignon Blanc if you're looking for a new favourite!

- 3 oz White Wine
- 2 oz Campari
- Soda Water, to top
- 2 orange wheels, to garnish
- Add the white wine and Campari into a large wine glass or double rocks glass.
- Fill the glass three quarters with ice, top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with orange wheels and enjoy!
